Be the engineer of a train, gallop through green meadows, dance in the rain, roar like a lion, and make a beautiful rainbow. These are some of the many sights and sounds of a Creative Kids Active Music Class!

Allow your child to dance their wiggles away in these active and fun-filled music classes. Your child will have the opportunity to play and explore a variety of percussion instruments while moving to music. You and your child will learn a wide variety of new and useful children's song to sing together at home. Your child will be encouraged to explore their creativity and love of music by our caring instructors, all while learning valuable musical concepts. Freely dance a Celtic jig, a lively polka, or a steamy salsa while developing rhythm, coordination, and beat. Let your child refine what they already do naturally, and come and have fun!

To register, call 873-1966 or visit www.CreativeKidsClasses.ca for more information.

Hands-On Art!

Fridays:  September 26th-November 28th

9:30-10:30 Mosaics Class (21mo. – 5 years with caregivers)

Price: $165/ 10 weeks + Admin fee (if applicable)

Instructor:  Creative Kids

How do you paint a moon beam, colour the wind, or make the ocean? Your child knows how ~ let them show you!

The imagination of a child is an extraordinary thing. Being completely uninhibited by what is 'right', children will naturally explore and create new and remarkable things through their art. Creative Kids encourages this imaginative process by providing activities with no right or wrong design. We start with an idea, provide materials, and watch in awe at what our children make. Your child will be introduced to new artistic skills and techniques each week through a variety of craft and painting activities. Children will control their learning by choosing the types of activities that interest them most, and engage in these. Take your child's hand and begin a life long artistic journey through the eyes of a creative child.

To register, call 873-1966 or visit www.CreativeKidsClasses.ca for more information.

We will start with learning the basic dances like the Reel and the Light Jig to their corresponding Traditional Irish music. We will then progress onto more contemporary dances and hopefully get a chance to venture into Ceili dancing ( team dancing with two or more people). It will be fun and a great workout for children of any age (4+).
