This 100 sq. meter room also faces west, and can accommodate up to 80 with lecture style seating, about 50 in a banquet set up.

• Direct access to patio
• Add adjacent boardroom to increase capacity by 15
• Canteen kitchen with fridge, sink, microwave and some counter space
